4 Steps to get rid of arm flab1. Reduce your caloric intake. I know that no one wants to hear this, but a lot of the flab is just fat. We can do arm workouts all day long, but until we get rid of the fat our arm will still be flabby.

2. Lift Weights. I know if seems counter active to be building up our arms when we want them all skinny. But that is not the case. If we just cut our calories we’re going to have smaller arms that are just as flabby. We need to replace some of that flab with muscle. Adding muscle makes enormous difference in the way our body looks when we lose weight.

3. Add Protein. If we just reduce our calories our body will get smaller, but it’ll stay the same ratio of fat and muscle. If we go to the trouble to lift weights, we need to make sure that we’re eating the protein our muscles need to grow.

4. Be patient. It can take 6 months to 2 years for our skin to tighten up when we lose weight. It doesn’t always tighten perfectly. But it will tighten up.

*Lift heavy weights. If you want to build muscle those weights need to be heavy. :)
