    Definitely add “Drink more water” to the list. Keeps your body regulated well. Also, stevia is a great alternative to sugar. And if you absolutely must have a sweet tooth craving filled – just each fruit like pineapple which is super sweet

    Ha ha ha! when i am getting a sugar craving it’s usually because that is all I’ve been eating is protein!
